We work across 4 areas of focus:

Climate Change Risk and Resilience

Low Carbon Development and Renewable Energy

Society and Sustainable Livelihoods

Biodiversity, Eco-systems and Marine Conservation

In each of the focus areas above, we innovate, connect and implement solutions for climate change and sustainable development.

Innovate

We create, initiate and introduce new solutions for sustainable development by designing and commissioning state-of-the-art development and research projects, supporting communities, academics and governments to build resilient societies and economies.

Connect

We connect people and facilitate dialogue across geographical, political and societal boundaries, bring together divergent groups and interests and breaking down barriers. An important part of this is South-South knowledge exchange and co -operation, facilitating the exchange of resources, technology, and knowledge between developing countries. We connect the scientists, policy makers and practitioners needed for effective solutions.

Implement

We manage and implement local, regional and large-scale climate and development projects that provide practical solutions, regionally, nationally and locally. Working predominantly in developing countries and small island states, we help all types of communities adapt and respond to the challenges they face. We deliver dynamic projects and solutions that offer real, measurable benefits to communities, environments, businesses and governments. By having a global perspective, our teams act as a central point of contact for specialists and the broader public, demanding expertise and insight on the issues.

We bring these principles together through INTASAVE-CARIBSAVE’s Resource Hub.
